Refund policy
At White Champa, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery of your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unworn, unused, and unwashed.
- Have all original tags attached.
- Be returned in their original packaging where reasonably possible.
- Be free from stains, odors, damage, alterations, or signs of wear.
White Champa reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. How to Request a Return
To request a return, please use our online Return Request Form or contact our customer support team with:
- Order number
- Full name
- Email address used for the order
Once your request is received, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
For customers located in the European Union, our online Withdrawal Request Form may also be used to exercise statutory withdrawal rights.
3. European Union Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without providing a reason.
To exercise this right, you may submit a request through our online Withdrawal Request Form.
Upon receipt of your request, White Champa will send confirmation that the withdrawal request has been received.
Returned goods must be sent back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your decision to withdraw.
4. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after the return has been received and approved, although processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
For EU customers exercising their statutory withdrawal rights, refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item received was defective.
- The item received was damaged during transit.
- The incorrect item was shipped.
In these cases, White Champa will cover the reasonable cost of return shipping or provide a replacement at no additional charge.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the item and packaging
We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, refund, or store credit.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Customized, personalized, made-to-order, or monogrammed products.
- Products created or modified according to customer specifications.
- Gift cards.
- Final sale or clearance items marked as non-returnable.
- Items returned in a worn, washed, altered, damaged, or unsellable condition.
- Products specifically identified as non-returnable at the time of purchase where permitted by law.
Please note that customized and personalized products are produced specifically for each customer and therefore cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded once production has commenced, except in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
8. Exchanges
At this time, White Champa does not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or style, please return the eligible item and place a new order.
